Partial Co-ordination - £500
Some couples have done a great deal of work planning their event but then find that closer to the date work becomes hectic, friends want to catch up with them and family commitments get in the way. Our Partial Co-ordination Service is designed especially for such an couple who have done the majority of the sourcing and are already well on their way to achieving their goal.
Approx 4-6 weeks before the celebration I will meet with the client to discuss the plans they have already made, devise a plan of action for the tasks remaining and be on hand to offer help, support and advice.
This service may include contacting suppliers already arranged and sourcing any that are still required, attending and overseeing rehearsals (as above), attending on the day (as above), co-ordinating the collection of gifts and returning all hired items following the celebration.
