Book our Full Co-ordination Service during the month of February at the special discounted rate of 10% (usually 12% of fees)
Full Co-ordination - 12% of total budget
(minimum fee £750)
This service is our most comprehensive and covers all aspects of the celebration from the "Will you marry me" to the "I Do" and beyond. The amount of work and list of "to dos" for the perfect day are extensive but the following are just some of the aspects this service covers:
- Preparing a schedule, timeline and checklist
- Devising a budget
- Sourcing and securing your perfect venue
- Accompanying the client to their chosen shortlist of venues (max 3)
- Sourcing and securing suppliers
- Sourcing invitations and invitation management
- Attending and overseeing rehearsals (max 2 hours)
- Attendance on the day (max 10 hours included but extra hours are available by prior arrangement at a cost of £20 per hour or £5 per 15 minute period or part thereof)
- Co-ordinate the collection of gifts on the day
- Returning all hired items following the celebration
